Samantha Escalante is an experienced and dedicated Licensed Transaction Coordinator who has been helping real estate professionals and their clients navigate the transaction process since 2008. With nearly two decades of transaction coordination experience and a California real estate license obtained in 2022, Samantha brings a unique combination of industry knowledge, organization, and client-focused service to every file she manages.

Outside of real estate, Samantha is a devoted wife and proud mother to her 10-year-old son. Family is at the center of everything she does, and that same sense of care and dedication carries over into her professional life. When she is not assisting clients and agents, she enjoys spending time with her family, capturing the beauty of nature through photography—especially flowers—creating family videos, visiting Disneyland, traveling to the beach, and making lasting memories with the people she loves most.
